  Yunxiangzhai was an old brand that moved to Kunming from south Yunnan in the late Qing Dynasty. Its most famous product was Rose
  Rutabaga, a popular local specialty. Rose Rutabaga was first made in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. The main raw material
  is fresh rutabaga which is preserved in brown sugar, salt, maltose, rose sugar, and soy sauce. The rutabaga is shiny black on the
  outside, maroon inside and is tender, crisp and ragrant. It won a prize in 1911 at the World Food Exposition in Panama.
