<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-left: 0pt; line-height: 200%; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; margin-right: 0pt"> <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 200%"><font face="宋体">复查组严格按照复查程序，通过听情况、看实体、查痕迹的方式，认真评定省地税局在档案资源、业务管理、信息化建设、保障条件和开发利用等方面的建设情况，并对照复查标准进行合议形成复查意见。复查组认为，省地税局自认定以来，局领导重视档案工作，现已投?/font>25万元专项经费用于增设库房、购买装具及开展档案数字化等工作，及时解决了档案工作中的实际问题。省地税局重视档案资源建设，对照片、音视频、实物、电子档案等多种载体档案的收集归档较为及时、齐全，资源总量增幅明显；先后制定了云南省地方税务机关关于实物档案和数码照片档案的管理办法，档案管理制度较为完善，保证了档案的安全和完整；信息化建设成效明显，完成了15?0万页文书档案的数字化，并按规定向省档案馆同步移交档案数字化副本。省地税局达到复查认定标准，通过复查?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-left: 0pt; line-height: 200%; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; margin-right: 0pt"> <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 200%"><font face="宋体">在复查意见反馈会上，张文芝副局长充分肯定了省地税局在档案工作中取得的成效，并就进一步加强档案工作规范化管理提出三点要求：一是要创新档案管理方式，继续发挥示范作用，不断满足新时代对档案工作的要求，进一步加强对直管部门的档案业务培训、指导和检查，着力提升档案专兼职人员的现代化管理能力和素质；二是要提升档案信息化、精细化管理水平，以精细化提升信息化质量，为建立数字档案室奠定基础；三是要进一步加强档案安全管理，严格库房温湿度控制，掌握特殊载体档案的保管方法，确保存储的数据、信息及存储介质的安全?/font></span></p>
