<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-left: 0pt; line-height: 200%; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; margin-right: 0pt"> <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 200%"><font face="宋体">复查组采取看实体、查痕迹、听介绍的方式进行，并从档案资源建设、安全管理、业务建设、信息化建设和开发利用情况等方面，对照复查标准进行复查。复查组认为，怒江州档案馆自认定以来，积极推进新馆建设，到今年建成</font>3300平方米的新档案馆，年底实现了新馆搬迁，档案资源得到丰富、安全管理得到保障；兰坪县档案馆自认定以来加快档案接收进度，馆藏增幅?2%，特色档案明显增加，信息化建设开始起步，利用县庆契机举办社会经济发展综合展览，充分发挥档案馆爱国主义教育功能，县域内各机关档案规范化认定工作有序推进，档案管理能力得到提高?/span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="layout-grid-mode: char; margin-left: 0pt; line-height: 200%; text-autospace: ideograph-numeric; margin-right: 0pt"> <span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体; line-height: 200%"><font face="宋体">在复查意见反馈会上，张文芝副局长充分肯定了</font>3年来被复查单位档案工作取得的成绩，并就进一步加强档案工作规范化管理提出三点要求：一是要以党的十九大精神为统领，提高依法治档的能力，认真贯彻《云南省国家档案馆管理办法》，加快在建县级档案馆建设步伐，努力改善安全管护条件，切实履行好为党管档、为国守史、为民服务的职责。二是要进一步提升档案专兼职人员的履职能力，充分发挥 “存凭、留史、资政、育人、惠民”作用，不断提高档案为地方经济社会发展的服务水平。三是要以规范化管理示范认定和复查为抓手，进一步推进档案工作现代化、规范化、精细化管理水平?/span></p>
